I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years starting from the bottom and working my way up to a Branch Manager of a national mortgage company in just two years’ time. I have been a loan officer with Scenic Oaks Funding since May of 2007.

I have always had an interest in helping people, going back to before my mortgage days as a Retail Manager and a Volunteer Fire Fighter/EMT with the City of Empire and Stanislaus Consolidated Fire Department. I was born and raised in Manteca and have lived in Modesto for the last 30 years with my wife Dolly where we have raised our four children: Jordan 27, Hunter 22, Hudson 17, and Payton 15.

My experience has given me the extensive knowledge to make the home buying process an enjoyable transaction. The mortgage industry is constantly changing but the fulfillment I get in seeing my customer’s faces light up when you tell them they qualify for their first home makes all the hard work worth it.
